Hi, my name is Xiumei (Shyou-May). I was born in Fujian, China, and moved to the United States at the age of 13. Growing up with half of my life in the East, and a half in the West, I was able to experience and taste some of the unique adventures from both continents. The blog Half Coffee Half Tea is inspired by my cultural background, and intended to share some of my discoveries with you.
